Is PermanentCheck this box when this address is not to be updated when copying invoices or estimates. See below.

When invoices and estimates are copied from QuickBooks, the address provided is used to update the customer address in Brewery Routing. This is done when a business moves to a different address. If the billing address is not the same as the delivery address, the location should be marked as Is Permanent. When this is done, the address in the location is not automatically updated.

Click on the Geocode From Address button to set the location on the map.
The map will be updated and the Latitude and Longitude fields will be set.

To delete the location, click on the Delete button.

Changing the Geocoded Position

At times, deliveries are not made to the exact position in the front of the building at the given address. Deliveries may be made to side or back doors, or to loading docks.

When the icon on the map is not at the position where the deliveries are made, click on the map, and the icon will be moved to the correct position without changing the specified address.
