Q. The address for the customer in QuickBooks is the billing address. How do I specify the delivery address in Brewery Routing?

A. After the customer is copied from QuickBooks, go into Locations/Edit and change the address. Then click the Is Permanent check box to prevent the address being changed when jobs are copied from the QuickBooks invoices and estimates.

Q. Why would I want to create a job?

A. There may be times that you want the driver to stop at a location that is not where product is delivered. It could be a sales call, or a place where supplies are picked up.

Q. Why are vehicle VINs required?

A. The vehicle VIN is important to the BreweryRouting platform. Our product roadmap includes vehicle maintenance features which require a positive vehicle identification which can only be taken from the VIN.
