From the Plans menu, click on Trip Defaults.
Set the default values, then click on the OK button.
Trip Defaults Fields
Origin Location | Select the location entered above. |
Destination Location | Select the location entered above. |
Departure Time | Default time of day that vehicle leave the origin location. |
Straight Time | Default hours and minutes of time to be scheduled at straight time. |
Premium Time | Default hours and minutes of allowed overtime. |
Vehicle Costs and Limits Fields
Cost Per Use | The default cost for starting a vehicle whenever it is used. This includes the cost of the safety inspection, paperwork, etc. (Required, must be more than zero.) |
Cost Per Mile | The default cost per mile for each vehicle. (Required) |
Max Weight | The default maximum weight for each vehicle. (Required) |
Worker Costs
Cost Per Straight Hour | Default labor cost for each non-overtime hour. |
Cost Per Premium Hour | Default labor cost for each overtime hour. |
