Configure QuickBooks Processing
Estimates and Invoices are taken from QuickBooks every day. To specify what needs to be taken, the QuickBooks interface needs to be configured.
From the Integration menu, click on Configure QuickBooks.
Set the values and click on the OK button.
Fields
| Invoice Search Days | QuickBooks does not allow a search by Ship Date, so all invoices created in some recent period must be checked for the requested Ship Date. This is the number of days back that invoices and estimates are searched for the requested Ship Date. Usually, 30 is sufficient. |
| Include Estimates | If checked, QuickBooks estimates are included in the route building process. |
| Include Invoices | If checked, QuickBooks invoices are included in the route building process. |
Login to QuickBooks
Form the Integration menu, click on QuickBooks Connection.
Click on the Connect to QuickBooks button.
You will be taken to the Intuit sign in page. Complete your QuickBooks Online sign on.
When the sign on is complete, you will be asked to connect your QuickBooks account to Walzik Optimization and Tracking, which is used by the Brewery Routing application.
Click the Connect button.
The connection will be verified. Then click the Close button.
