QuickBooks customers are kept as Locations in Brewery Routing.
Get Locations from QuickBooks Customers
Click on the Locations menu, then click on the Get Locations from QuickBooks Customers link.
Your connection to QuickBooks is shown. Then click on the Get Locations button.
Be patient! The process of copying customer data may take a while.
When all customers have been copied, the status is displayed. If there were customers that had an address that could not be geocoded, they are shown in the list.
Click on the Edit link to select a location to be updated.
If the address is incorrect, change the address and click on the Geocode From Address button.
If the address is correct but cannot be geocoded, click on the map to set the correct position.
Then click the OK button to close the form.
When all locations have been geocoded, click the Close button.
Set Sales Rep
The Location list should be displayed.
For each route sales customer where the route sales worker is not set, click the Set Sales Rep button.
The Set Sales Rep for Location form is displayed.
In the Route Sales field, select the route salesperson. Then click OK.
Run Location List Report
Click the Report button on the top of the screen.
Click on the Run link.
The Run Report ‘Location List’ form will be displayed. Click the OK button.
Click the Download button to save the location list. This will be sent to the Brewery Routing support team later.
