Set Trip, Vehicle and Worker Defaults

From the Plans menu, click on Trip Defaults.

Set the default values, then click on the OK button.

Trip Defaults Fields

Origin LocationSelect the location entered above.
Destination LocationSelect the location entered above.
Departure TimeDefault time of day that vehicle leave the origin location.
Straight TimeDefault hours and minutes of time to be scheduled at straight time.
Premium TimeDefault hours and minutes of allowed overtime.

Vehicle Costs and Limits Fields

Cost Per UseThe default cost for starting a vehicle whenever it is used. This includes the cost of the safety inspection, paperwork, etc. (Required, must be more than zero.)
Cost Per MileThe default cost per mile for each vehicle. (Required)
Max WeightThe default maximum weight for each vehicle. (Required)

Worker Costs

Cost Per Straight HourDefault labor cost for each non-overtime hour.
Cost Per Premium HourDefault labor cost for each overtime hour.
